- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
- Please note that orders may experience slight delays during high volume periods (such as holidays or sales events).
2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We offer standard shipping on all domestic orders within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. Coastal Apparel USA is not responsible for any shipping delays once the order has left our warehouse.
3. International Shipping
At this time, Coastal Apparel USA does not offer international shipping. We currently ship only within the United States.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment.
5. Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or unforeseen circumstances. However, if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email.
6. Damages
Coastal Apparel USA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipment costs. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.
