Refund and Return Policy for Coastal Apparel USA

At Coastal Apparel USA, we are committed to providing you with quality products and a positive shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return any item(s) for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items or discounted merchandise
  • Custom or personalized items

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at llehew@coastalapparelusa.com to begin the exchange process.

Shipping

To return your product, please contact us at llehew@coastalapparelusa.com for further instructions. You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
